Rosie’s Trust is the only charity in Northern Ireland that helps those undergoing cancer treatment, receiving end of life care, and older people with mobility issues to keep their pets by their side in the most challenging times. 

The Operations Support Officer (OSO) will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient running of our daily operations. The OSO will:

  • Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to our small but busy team.

  • Be the main contact person for all incoming calls and be required to respond in a timely, compassionate manner.

  • Be responsible for managing Rosie’s Trust online volunteer portal.

The ideal candidate will have great inter-personal skills and have at least two years’ experience of working in a customer facing role.

Location: Home based

Salary: £23,000 + 5% employer pension contribution

Contract duration: 3 years
